"Select at least 1 broker account" error

Sometimes, a trader can face a message on SmartTrader that says "Connect at least 1 broker account"

It looks like this:

This message appears when SmartTrader can't reach any of the brokers that are connected to the account

The connection can be lost because your broker changed server attributes, such as IP address or connection port or your account is locked by your broker.

In order to resolve this error, please, log in to your broker's MT4 terminal and verify that your account is working and you credentials are valid. 

Disconnect your broker account from SmartTrader and connect it again.

If aforementioned actions didn't resolve the problem, please, get the contents of your broker .srv file (click here to find out to do this) and contact our Live Support so they can update you broker information on the platform.
