Smart Trader Error Codes

Sometimes, the action that you try to perform in SmartTrader is forbidden for different reasons. When SmartTrader can't perform the requested action, an error message will be shown on the screen with an error code.

These messages appear either on top of the screen

or on the lower-left corner of the screen

Here is the list of error codes and their meanings:

 

2 = Broker error No further information provided from the Broker. Please contact broker support. Code:002
3 = Invalid trade parameters Please recheck the trade parameters. If this error occurs again, please contact broker support. Code:003
4 = Broker's server is busy Please try again in several minutes. If this error occurs again, please contact support. Code:004
5 = Broker response The old version of the client terminal. Please contact support. Code:005
6 = No server connection Check the internet connection and reconnect to the broker. If this error occurs again, please contact support. Code:006
7 = Your account does not have rights to perform this request. Your account does not have the rights to perform this request. Please contact Broker. Code:007
8 = Requests are too frequent. Requests are too frequent.&Please contact support. Code:008
9 = Malfunctional trade operation Please contact support. Code:009
64 = Account disabled Please contact Broker. Code:064
65 = Invalid account. Confirm account settings.&&If this error occurs again, contact your Broker. Code:065
128 = Trade timeout Please contact support. Code:128
129 = Invalid price Please contact support. Code:129
130 = Invalid stops or take profit Please contact support. Code:130
131 = Invalid trade volume Please contact support. Code:131
132 = Market is closed Resubmit order when the market is open. Code:132
133 = Trade is disabled No further information provided by the Broker. Please contact broker support. Code:133
134 = Not enough funds Please increase the funds to complete the order. Please contact broker support. Code:134
135 = Price changed Please place the order again. If an error occurs again, please contact support. Code:135
136 = Off quotes Please place the order again. If an error occurs again, please contact support. Code:136
137 = Broker is busy Please wait for a few minutes and place an order again. If an error occurs again, please contact support. Code:137
138 = Broker Response Requote. Please contact support. Code:138
139 = Broker Response Order is locked & Please contact support. Code:139
149 = Hedging violation Hedging is prohibited for this broker. Close the existing position. Code:149
150 = FIFO violation Prohibited by FIFO rule. Close existing position(s). Code:150
10001= connection time-out Could not establish a connection with the Broker. Please check the settings and try again. If this error occurs again, please contact support.
10002= host unknown Could not establish a connection with the Broker. Please check the settings and try again. If this error occurs again, please contact support.
10003= Reset connection Could not establish a connection with the Broker. Please check the settings and try again. If this error occurs again, please contact support.
10004= Reset connection Broker disconnected. We are attempting to reconnect automatically.
10005= Broken pipe Broker disconnected. We are attempting to reconnect automatically.
10006= Disconnect Broker disconnected. We are attempting to reconnect automatically.
-1000= Server decided to disconnect Broker disconnected. Please try to reconnect.
-666= Protocol error Broker disconnected. Please try to reconnect.
10101= Unknown error If this error occurs again, please contact support.
20001= ORDER WAS EXPIRED Order expired. Please try again.
20002= ORDER WAS REJECTED OFFLINE The order was rejected because a broker server disconnected.
20003= DISCONNECT The broker successfully disconnected.
20004= SECOND LOGIN DURING FIRST LOGIN Too many authentication requests to the broker. Please wait and try again.
20005= NO RECIPIENT Broker account unavailable. Please reconnect the broker.
20006 OPERATION OF ORDER WAS EXPIRED Request timed out. The order can not be processed. Please try again.

If the error message says: Contact Support, please, reach our Support via Drift Bot button on the right. 

If the error message says: Contact Broker or Contact Broker Support, please, reach the support of your Broker.
